- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — every account starts with a 7-day free trial, and no card is required to begin. You only pay if you decide to keep using Vloxyde.
- What's the difference between monthly and yearly?
- The same complete product either way. Yearly is $99.99 (about $8.33/month) versus $14.99 billed monthly — roughly two months free for paying annually.
- How am I billed?
- Subscriptions are billed in US dollars through Stripe. You can upgrade from monthly to yearly, or cancel, at any time from your account settings.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Your data remains yours. Vloxyde supports full CSV export at any time, including while your trial or subscription is active, so you can take a complete copy before you cancel. After cancellation your account is closed and its data is removed on the schedule described in our Privacy Policy.
- Does Vloxyde connect to my bank?
- No. Vloxyde never links to a bank or card network and never stores bank credentials. You add data by hand or by importing a CSV — which also means there's nothing to unlink or breach.
